Webinar on the application procedure for active substances in pesticides and maximum residue levels (MRLs)

Summary
The aim of the fourth webinar in this series was to clarify the application procedure for new active substances, renewals of approval, and MRLs in pesticides. These are all areas that were significantly impacted by the new requirements and tools introduced by the Transparency Regulation.
The webinar addressed the new provisions and tools made available to applicants and described the main steps of the application lifecycle, starting with account creation, then moving on to pre-application ID, pre-submission advice and notifications of studies.
The webinar also focused on IUCLID dossier submission, confidentiality matters and finally peer review, adoption and publication steps.
The 230 attendees took an active role, submitting questions throughout the event.
The webinar finished with a Q&A session, during which contributors and speakers answered questions submitted in writing by the participants.
