Outcome of the Public Consultation on the draft EFSA Guidance Document for predicting environmental concentrations of active substances of plant protection products and transformation products of these active substances in soil

EFSA was asked by the Commission to prepare a guidance of EFSA for predicting environmental concentrations of active substances of plant protection products and transformation products of these active substances in soil according to Art. 31 of Regulation (EC) No 178/2002  of the European Parliament and of the Council. This EFSA Guidance Document provides guidance for users on how to estimate exposure to soil organisms when performing risk assessments according to Regulation EC no 1107/2009  of the European Parliament and the Council. The draft guidance for predicting environmental concentrations of active substances of plant protection products and transformation products of these active substances in soil was subject to public concentration from 10th July 2014 to 4th September 2014. The present technical report has been produced containing the stakeholder comments received during the public consultation and how these comments have been taken into account in the Guidance Document.
